When using aluminum foil testing method to monitor the cleaning effect of ultrasonic cleaning machine, it was found that the aluminum foil of 10μm was seriously damaged during the test, and the cleaning effect could not be judged, while the pass rate gap of aluminum foil of other thickness was relatively small. Through the monitoring test, it was found that the thickness of aluminum foil paper more than 20μm as a detection tool, the cleaning effect is more obvious, monitoring is more convenient. When using frosted glass or ultrasonic energy bottle to monitor the cleaning effect of ultrasonic cleaning machine, it is found that the size of monitoring items does not affect the monitoring effect, but the position of the placement will have a certain impact. In order to ensure the accuracy of monitoring, it is necessary to design different test groups according to the cleaning time, cleaning temperature and cleaning frequency, and the number of tests in each group meets relevant requirements.
When people use three methods to monitor the cleaning effect of ultrasonic cleaning machine at the same time, it is found that the qualified rate of aluminum foil test method and ultrasonic energy bottle test method is obviously lower than the ground glass sheet method, and the monitoring result is more accurate. It can be seen that aluminum foil testing method and ultrasonic energy bottle testing method are more suitable for monitoring the cleaning effect of ultrasonic cleaning machine. If conditions are not allowed, people choose the ground-glass piece method next, and put the ground-glass piece vertically in the four corners of the cleaning machine to improve the difficulty of monitoring.
